Service Opportunities in A10 kids
Serving Expectation: We ask that every team member serve at least once a month. To try and make that easier for everyone, we do our best to schedule you on the same weekend every month.
Sunday Morning Classrooms
The Nursery Team has the opportunity to care for the tiniest members of Area 10 (birth-walking age, or about a year old) you would hold, play, and interact with the little ones and provide for needs such as diaper changes, bottles, and rocking for naps.
The Toddler Team is for children, walking up to 2 year olds. The volunteers in this class have so much fun playing with this active age group while starting to provide simple, age appropriate songs, activities, and lessons about Jesus.
The Preschool Team consists of children, ages 3 and 4 year olds. Like the Toddler class, volunteering in this class means having fun playing and interacting with the kids while helping to provide age appropriate songs, activities, and lessons about Jesus.
The Elementary Team is for children, age 5 years old to 5th grade. In this class, you get to play games, do crafts and activities, sing, worship, and teach Bible-based, age appropriate lessons to a great group of kids at such a vital time in their faith journeys. It's interactive, hands-on, and fun! On the first Sunday of every month, our 4th and 5th graders will split off for a small group time that is just for them.
Lower Elementary Team = 5 years old to 3rd grade.
Upper Elementary Team = 4th and 5th Graders.
