Join us in Virginia Beach, VA from September 30-October 2nd for a two-night, three day GETAWAY! We are excited to partner with our friends at our sister church, Forefront Christian Church, in Virginia Beach for our sessions during the day, and in the evenings we will be based out of the lovely La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Virginia Beach. 

Our theme for the weekend is “Steadfast Hope” which comes from Hebrews 6:19: “We have this as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul, a hope that enters into the inner place behind the curtain, where Jesus has gone as a forerunner on our behalf…” Join us as we celebrate the unchanging nature of our good God in the midst of a changing, chaotic world.

Our retreat will officially start on Friday evening at 6:30pm as we share a meal, followed by games, team building activities, and numerous opportunities to meet new people. Saturday morning, we will get started at 9am with worship, main sessions, small groups, breakout sessions, activities, and more. Saturday will wrap up with some extensive free time to explore VA Beach and the Neptune Festival, go shopping at the outlet malls, hike at local state parks, or feel free to choose your own adventure. Then, on Sunday morning, our weekend will culminate with a sea-side worship session at First Landing State Park.

We hope that you will be able to join us for the entire three-day, two-night experience, but there are a number of options available to fit into your schedule. You can also choose to join us Friday-Saturday, Saturday-Sunday, or just drive down for the Saturday experience. Each option has a different cost associated to accommodate your financial and scheduling needs. All meals and activities during the retreat are included in the registration price.
