We have made the difficult decision to postpone our Holy Smokes: Amateur Meat Smoking Competition, originally scheduled for this Saturday, June 24, due to the weather. We don't want anyone getting soaked while attempting to smoke the perfect rack of ribs or brisket.

But fear not, fellow grillmasters! We're already working on finding an alternative date to host the competition, and we'll keep you posted as soon as we have the details locked in. In the meantime, take this opportunity to fine-tune your recipes, gather your secret ingredients, and continue to practice those smoking techniques.
