Jesus was pretty critical of people who do things to be seen by others - especially when those are “religious” things: Praying so that others will notice you — giving money so that other people be impressed. In this message, we talk about the value of secrecy, and we will look at how Jesus taught us to pray. Prayer doesn’t have to be fancy or mystical. Jesus challenges us to keep it real and be our authentic selves as we pray.
This week’s message aligns with Core 52 book, Chapter 20: Prayer.
