Scheduling

This is the online tool we use for scheduling our Sunday services. By now you should have been setup in the system. Most of us use the phone app to interact with services and schedules.

Blackout Dates

Taking a few minutes throughout the year to keep your Blackout Dates current. This helps us when scheduling to know when everyone is available.

Sunday Norms

On Sunday morning, we stick to this timeline to keep everything running smooth.

6:45a - Stage Manager arrives

7:30a - All Team Members arrive (back door of the Byrd)

8:15a - Rehearsal Begins

9:00a - Pastor mic check and slide check

9:30a - Pre-service Pow-wow (backstage)

9:50a - 10 minute countdown begins

10:00a - Service Begins

11:15a - Service Finishes

11:45a - Finish Teardown / Closeup

12:00p - Lock-up the Byrd
